Excellent service from start to finish...in record time. On Monday at 3PM, Mary answered all my questions and scheduled my appointment for Tuesday morning. By noon, Brian Fixter lived up to his last name! He rebuilt TWO 18-year-old garage doors with new springs, nylon rollers, cables, and lift motors. Now they're smooth and silent. Amazing service and amazing employees who are proud of their company!

We used Precision for the first time today and were totally satisfied. From scheduling the service call to Fisher (our tech), we were impressed. As a former small business owner, I know how difficult running a business can be, but Precision did an excellent job. Fisher examined the job and then gave us options. Once we decided, he proceeded with the job and before we knew it, he was done. He took the time and explained all that he did. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and kind. (He didn’t laugh at my attempt to repair the door myself). I would highly recommend Precision. Great job!! Many thanks to all!!

When I built my house, the builder used a different company to install my garage door and opener. I have had to have it fixed 4 times in the last 6 years. I called Precision Door because I had used them in the past with a previous house and were very happy with them. From calling to make the appointment to the serviceman who came out, everyone was courteous, professional, not pushy, made everything feel effortless and like my issue mattered to them. Everyone genuinely wanted to help and fix the problem, not just put a band-aid on it. I am extremely satisfied and can't recommend Precision Door highly enough! They are top notch and I wish I could give them 10 stars!
